Looking to create a windows based chat application similar to a [login to view URL], or www.liveperson.com. Would have all the features of these applications, plus some additional features. Just like these apps, the windows based app would communication with customers who clicked the "chat now" link on a website. It would be required to authenticate though are site and once login credentials were approved, the application would be active. Again very similar to these applications from a business model perspective, but different features would be found within the application. Of course a complete project plan would follow before the project is to begin.
You will need to be a professional organization with experience bulding this type of project. I will need to see examples of your work and will need references.
