BACKGROUND INFO: This is the set-up that I put together. It works but it's not what I want and don't want to fool around with it anymore. [url removed, login to view] PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Level 1 •We provide two new html pages - one for cc processing and one for ACH processing •You connect them via PHP to [url removed, login to view] (like we already have) and provide directiosn for us to replace the acount information for new clients. •You add a script that sends an email to the donor and to the non-profit when a donation has been made. This email will pull and display all of the donation info except credit card. Level 2 •A function that lists people as fundraisers or representatives of the non-profit so that when someone is donating they choose their friend as the person who solicited or called on them. That may not make any sense so take For example look at: [url removed, login to view] After you get the general idea of that first page click on "Sponsor a Member" and run through the process. Here is how we would want it to work: Fundraiser Experience 1.) A Potential Fundraiser signs up online. They are then included in the searchable database and listed on site. 2.) The fundraiser sends their friends to the non-profit's site. 3.) When one of their friends has donated, the fundraiser gets an email with name, contact info, amount, and date. Donor Experience 1.) The Potential Donor goes to the non-profit's site - either through the site's main url or through a link that their fundraiser friend has sent them (direct to a donation page with the fundraiser's name populated?) 2.) Payment is integaretd with above 3.) When the donor completes their donation: a.) email sent to non-profit (as above) b.) email sent to donor (as above) c.) email sent to fundraiser friend d.) all data (except credit card info) passed to a database from which the non-profit can pull basic reports (e.g. Donors by zip code, by amount, by fundraisers.
