Basic job search site required. Happy for developer to start from scratch, or use one of the hundreds of existing templates out there. Not concerned about scripting language used - PHP, ASP.NET, etc are all fine. Will obviously need to be database driven - prefer MSSQL or MySQL.
Will standard functionality, including:
* User registration and login
* Employer job posting incl company image, text, etc
* Payment for job listings (probably just through PayPal at the moment)
* Job seeker search for jobs based on a few criteria, including proximity to their location.
* Administrator to approve/decline listings.
Looking to start ASAP. Budget is at the lower end of the scale, although part-equity, revenue share or pay-by-installment offers will be considered.
Logos, graphics, color design, etc not required - we will integrate that ourselves. We're really just looking for good database design, good scripting, and ability for us to modify things later on if required.
We are in a bit of a hurry to choose a developer and only discovered this freelance web site today.
