Wordpress site functionality & design fixes (CSS/PHP/Ajax)

This is not a big project, but a Wordpress site which lacks a finished touch and we need help in order to make the site complete!

Check the Wordpress site:

1. Make a nice front/introduction page according to the image attached.

2. Add a language switch (WMPL is already installed)

3. Sort portfolio items according to language (the site contains 2 languages and about 30 posts)

4. Add a proper contact page with a contact form (use contact form 7 with captcha and add appropriate CSS design)

5. The news/blog section needs to be fixed (Needs to list posts and fix minor CSS color and design issues)

6. We want to be able to sort and change the order in which items in the portfolio is listed: [url removed, login to view] (for example, move the SUPERIOR item first)

7. Add an icon and link to Pinterest in the footer widget (see attached file)

Any other suggestions to enhance the site is welcome and will be compensated for.

Expect a great review if done correctly and according to our needs. We always pay on time and have loads of different site projects in the future if you're interested.
