1) moderators will need to chat with clients 1 on 1
2) when moderator is logged in they will be notified when a new client signs on
3) when moderator answers chat other moderators cannot initiate the chate
4) clients sign in and wait for moderator to respond
5) chats are logged.
6) need to put our company skin on client chat screen
