Joomla Customizations + toolbar

We are using joomla as a full featured content platform. We have a custom template but will need any work or mods done to match our CSS.

We are using seyret as a way to organize and display our data and will need a few small tweaks done to this. At this point only admin will be allowed to post and the standard video feature's will be nonexistent.

Below is a list of what we need.

1.) Ability to embed any video and add own thumbnail to seyret post. Also additional support to add manual data like video duration for example.

2.)Tool bar for all outgoing links like [login to view URL] that will show related,latest,highest rated and most viewed in tabbed format. Along with our logo and small ad spot. Another example of this will be http://sxx.com/jump/navigate/q/lesbian+piss/id/4629281/pos/22/t/blonde_pornstar_model_amy_r.html. All outgoing links should be SEO enhanced

3.)ability to add photo galleries to seyret post ( existing mods like simple gallery pro and yoogallery are fine)

4.) ability to add any html to any seyret post.

5.) On front page we wish to show content in 3 different blocks. IE: Latest videos,latest photo's etc..showing in their own block.

Please respond with any work you've done with joomla and/or individuals who have a good grasp of what we need.
