Create Joomla Template from attached HTML page

I have one web site that is created in asp.net. Now I have a requirement that I want to move from ASP.Net to Joomla. For this I need to create new Joomla template (design) that I directly can upload in Joomla portal and get exact look and GUI as current site. The design is simple, you can create the template from the site bellow. [url removed, login to view] That would be great if you use some design tweak to make it attractive.
