Safety Data Sheet Log Automation (Excel Doc with PDF Output)

We are a construction company seeking a way to create jobsite-specific Safety Data Sheet manuals. The individual SDS sheets are in PDF format and the master SDS index is in an Excel workbook. Our goal is to create an Excel interface that would allow the end user to input project data and create a PDF containing a cover sheet, index and individual SDS.
The workflow would look something like this:
-End user completes the project information portion of the Excel document (rows 4 through 7)(see attached)
-End user places an 'X' (or any character) in the "Include?" column (column G)
-End user can view any given SDS file by clicking the appropriate hyperlink (column A)
-End user clicks a macro button that triggers code to create a print job that includes the cover sheet (first page) and each individual SDS file (in the same order as listed on the index)
-Upon completion of the print job, the user can save the Excel document for future use on the same project or click a "Reset" macro button that will trigger code to clear the entries in the "Include" column and project data (in rows 4 through 7).
Note:
-Master SDS Index (Excel document) and individual SDS files will be located on a network drive accessible to all end users
-The document/solution will need to be easily changed as SDS documents are updated. My thought is to update the SDS Name (column A) and update the hyperlink as-needed with new SDS. The document/solution will automatically see added SDS rows.
-SDS files will be made available to the winning designer via SugarSync (2 samples attached)
