OCS checkout error

Recently this site has started giving errors in the checkout, I need someone to fix it; I would also like that person to be available for future support issues. The error is normallt :

Payment is either offline by credit card or through PayPal.

Please note the site has some customisation, it is obviously important that this is not affected.
