Online Shop with Music up/download Facility

We are looking for third parties to work with on an online web project. We are going to be selling guitars online (our own brand), but we are also seeking to build a music community through a facility where bands can upload and download music they or others have written. Very similar to this site: [url removed, login to view] So we are looking for a site with a shopping cart that links to Paypal etc, with an additional function. Please price without design element. We will be able to supply PSD files.
