SQL to duplicate tables and insert a few rows

I need a SQL script that I can run to setup a testing environment. I have two schemas: "prod" and "dev"

I need to have 10 tables from "prod" created in "dev". Just the table definitions, indexes, FK constraints, etc. Everything ready for data.

I then need a separate script that will insert the n most recent rows from each table in "prod" into "dev".

It's basically creating a mini copy of the "prod" database in the "dev" database so I can test, develop new features, experiment with changes, etc.

Finally I need a script to update the "prod" table with the changes made in "dev". Not the data, just the table, indexes, FK constraints, etc.

I imagine for an experienced MySQL admin this will not be difficult. I used to know SQL well enough to bang this out but it's been too long and I'm rusty. I will create an account for you on our MySQL server and set you up with a virtual VPN tunnel using an app. called "Hamachi"

Please don't bid if you can't start immediately. I need this done ASAP and if it because too complicated I will take care of it myself.
