hi. we have an elearning site with Moodle backend while front end is in WordPress.
we need quality assurance and checks to be done and fix the issue of whole site
Moodle expert is a MUST who has customization experience.
1. site exists on VPS, It has no cpnal.
Installing a new cpanel in vps server will remove all files. a fresh installation is needed. Discuss and apply a solution how to have a cpanel.
2. do quality assurance testing and fix all issues
3. enable mobile / tablet version tab
4. check parent and school account logins
5. do credit debit card transitions / test
6. Create payment link mechanism for Schools in such a way that email with payment link / details is sent to school to pay for the accounts.
7. make sure recurring payments are taken out automatically
8. basically payments mechanism is fully setup, test and fix issues if found
9. no emails are sent at any process from sign in to others, - so fix all emails communications issues
10. fix broken pages, links on the site
11. define Q&A section / page for parents and teachers on how to use the site
12. define some customized Moodle roles at back end
13. provide a document on monthly on monthly backup process etc.
14. and few more issues when you see during QA checks
we cannot provide you username and password.
set some time, log into our desktop and then check from there exactly work work is required
