SIP Dialer with PPTP

HI,
I am looking to get a basic SIP dialer with PPTP client to work with my voipswitch. The below features are needed:
1. Codec 723 & 729.
2. PPTP VPN client with enable and disable option. VPN parameters will be hidden in the dialer and will be provided by me.
3. Auto update.
Only developers have experience in similar job should approach. I would only work via freelance. My price is fixed, thus do not intend to be approached by freelancers having a price higher then my maximum price.
