mobile app -webchat function including : message and voice chat ,group create and chat .video and pic sharing for those key core moudel better if you can refer to qq webchat . we only need the android and iphone version for the first beginning ,we need application worker to have the developing solution ,we will give the ui /design .if the solution meet our needs we will sign the agreement .we will send the ui for confirmation , the payment ,then testing finally delivery the software and giving the after service for at least 5 months with money paid . the mobile app will be integrated with our site [login to view URL]
