We are looking for an expert in creating customer journeys based on various profiles. The core aspect of the project is that a physical evidence (a store) is at the centre of the experience.
We need a Digital Marketing expert to create a customer flow with all the touch points and their content (customer data that we collect in each point). This should allow us to organise customer database. The goal is to have a segmented customer flow so that we can use data to approach our customers better.
