Mining Company trying to break into training sector

A gold mining company with training courses developed internally looking to commercialize these courses. Mainly focusing on specific courses related to manufacturing in general and gold mining companies (Such as maintenance, pollution control, basic engineering etc.) we would like to understand whether there is a need for such courses/ training in general as an "out of the box" standard solution with options to customize it at an additional cost if necessary. This fist section will be B2C and B2B.
Secondly, understand what platforms are available that we can upload these courses to (such as Udemy, EduMine etc.) and understand the potential market size.
This does not have to be an in depth market analysis, however it should give a basic understanding of the possible market size in different territories.
