* you know HTML/CSS (tableless, w3c valid) perfectly!
* you are good in Photoshop
* you want to work long term with a professional team
* you are reliable and available (skype is a must, mail, etc)
* you ready to work fast and error free
* you know some CMS like wordpress/joomla/drupal/typo3 it is a big plus!
* jQuery is needed as well, but on a basic level, reusing existing plugins is recommended
