Joomla Expert needed to finish Classified Advert Site

I require a Joomla expert to finish off a website which a previous designer let me down on. The website is built in Joomla and uses a classified ad plugin to generate listings and manage user accounts.
The previous designer completed about 80% of the work but has seriously let me down at the last stage, which only finishing tasks are remaining. Most of the site functionality is completed, it is mainly just styling and final fixes which need completing.
I will require you to complete the following tasks:
1) Edit several page layouts: product pages, product search results and other page layouts (around 5-7 in total). I have all the PSD's for these, you just need to re-style the pages to match the PSD's exactly. Most of the pages almost match the PSD's they just need re-styling slightly.
2) In the front end user admin of the site, it currently shows the users listings, each listing needs to show the number of enquirers it has. I have a PSD for how this page should look, you just need to match this and add in the function to increase the counter.
3) There are several forms which need editing to be more user friendly, which I require you to edit.
4) All of the pages of the site are in place, they just need content copying and pasting from word documents to populate these pages, you must do this and style them in the same style as the site. This should be a pretty simple task.
5) There are other small tasks not listed above which will also be required untill the site is 100% perfect. These are mainly styling changes and some added functionality in places there are errors.
I will provide a full step by step details list of the tasks for the winning
My budget for all these final changes to be completed is $400, as i paid the previous designer and he didn't finish the site so i'm very much out of pocket. If you bid higher than this then you wont be accepted.
You will need to work on these changes on our live server so we can track progress. We will not pay any money upfront or milestone as we have been ripped off with this already so payment will be made 100% once completed (check my feedback, I always pay)!!
We have a very short time frame to get these changes completed, all changes must be completed in 5 days, so much be finished for end of business (5pm) on Monday (GMT time). If you are good and work well, we have many more projects for you.
