JS/QBO Developer Needed: Node.js/QBO/AngularJS Integration POC

We need help creating a simple AngularJS form with binding to $scope which will accept customer information including firstname, lastname, company name, email address, physical address, etc.
Upon clicking the Submit button, AngularJS controller will POST to a simple Node.JS API which will create the customer record in QBO.
Step 1. Create a form in HTML with binding to Angular.JS controller. *Does not need to be pretty.
Step 2. The controller must submit object data to a RESTFUL API URL
Step 3. Build a simple RESTFUL API to take the object data as an input.
Step 4. After receiving the JSON/object data in Node.JS, login to QBO using the QBO API and create the customer record in QBO.
