Facebook share functionality to add to existing website

I have an html/js website. In the site, I have added the functionality to trigger device's camera and click picture. I want to be able to upload that picture to user's facebook wall. Will need to use facebook open-graph api. I have the developer account and created an app there. I want someone with experience to take this up.
