Add Dipsute system and Facelift to website and other smaller updates

We need a Node.js expert and coffee script expert to add a dispute system to our site [login to view URL] and do a facelift , we have the designs for the facelift we need you to slice them. Our site is like freelancer but for auto repair services. The site is live and has users. This is about 150-300 hours of work. We would also want the site to be mobile friendly or responsive. All work will be done on your side in a test server using the same same as we have to ensure it will work on our server. Once work is done we will then release half for that section then you upload to our server make sure it works then we release full amount for that section. We need someone that we can trust and build a long relationship with, Mechlance is 100% custom and will take a while for you to understand what the original programmer did. I will attach a beak down of what we need done.
