Custom Youtube Player on Wordpress

Need custom JavaScript embedded into current WordPress website so it will show custom video player for all embedded YouTube videos.

I am looking for following features.

1) Show options to share a video when user hover mouse.

2) Option to add custom advertisement which will play before YouTube video plays.
