EXP ERT ONLY - Javascript Script Needs Editing for Carousel

My client needs the script edited, so that the carousel rotates very smoothly and doesn't pause, so it just continually slowly moves smoothly around the logo. The size, speed and positioning MUST remain the same as it is at the moment, but the pause must be removed and the movement must be very smooth.

Please do not waste my time unless you are a JS professional - I am fed up with freelancers taking on projects and not being able to do it and wasting my time! If you don't fix my issue, you won't get paid!

LOW budget around $30 only as this is a quick job for a Javascript expert.

I now have this rotating slowly to start with (without pausing) but then continues to get faster and faster! And the Bring To Front functionality doesn't work with the current speed and autorotate settings, so I need these 2 issues fixed. Thanks,

Just the problem of BringToFront exists now - so need help fixing this issue - easy job for someone. If user clicks on an icon at the back of the carousel, the icon is meant to swing round to the front...
