Debug CDO Repositories

MUST HAVE Eclipse, EMF and CDO experience.

We are using Eclipse CDO to persist our ECore models. These get corrupted in 3 different ways.

We are not certain if it is our CRUD code that uses CDO or the CDO plugin itself.

We have 3 repositories that need to be corrected, the cause found and fixed, including patching the CDO plugin if necessary.

The 3 repositories (in a h2 database), once repaired, can be exported to xmi files, which can be merged using part of the EMF toolkit, EMF Compare or EMF Merge. Then once merged can be Imported to the CDO database.

We also need these 3 repositories, which have a common ancestor and I believe no overlapping elements merged into one.

Then on recommendation of the CDO lead we need to eliminate a single Abstract class in our model that acts as the superclass for all other model elements. This is by merging in it's single attribute a UUID concrete class that has 2 attributes, lsb and msb, thus the superclass of all model elements will be a concrete class with 2 attributes, lsb and msb.

The final thing is changing the CDO repository (probably while the model is in xmi form) to use a different package name to the current one.
