Sr. Mobile Developers required - across all platforms

We require Senior Mobile application development professionals who can help with the following requirement. We have a web based platform that allows users to generate content modules - text, images with standard formatting. The requirement is that whenever the user generates such a content, a corresponding mobile content is also generated across all the platforms. I am guessing a container application will have to reside on the phone & every time the content is published, this appears on the application of the phone as its refreshed.
