YOU! Expert SEO! I need your help!

I need an EXPERT SEO person for 2 sites that need ranking (Rank 1) :

Sites :

- They are almost brand new with one of them being 1-2 month old

- Onsite SEO is great. You can check it again, but I use Wordpress and all in one SEO to ensure onsite SEO with good keyword density, and keyword in URL.

Keywords :

1 of them is RIDICULOUSLY easy, and the other will take some work.

Requirements :

-Fast communication

-Have done this in the past and KNOW 100% your method will work

-Whitehat method only (NO BLACKHAT METHODS)

-Not get sandboxed

-Rank 1 for both keywords, and be able to maintain and keep that (e.g. 60 day guarantee it'll stay)

Pay :

Budget is 100 or under. (40-70 ideal). Lower the bid, higher the chances of you getting the job.

ANYTHING above or ANY type of copy and pasted message will be reported/ignored.

ALSO, I am VERY generous in giving bonuses if everything goes smoothly, on time, and complete the requirements. I have easily given up to 300% in bonuses of original project cost. BUT DON'T EXPECT BONUSES if there was any sort of problems with the job (delay, poor communication, complaints, bad attitude, not getting the job done, etc)

The reason I am able to offer bonuses is because as long as I'm receiving traffic, I know it will convert.
