A tester project to identify a SEO Expert for a long-term collaboration

We have been selling online since 2003, and have a website with 10-year old domain. We have 20+ categories and 5,000+ SKUs in fine jewelry, fashion jewelry, cloth, clothing accessories, home décor, etc. Keywords for all our product categories are highly competitive in SEO industry.
This is a tester project to find the right SEO expert for our company. With the proven success from this project, we will immediately start a long-term collaboration with regular weekly/monthly jobs.
Step 1. We will only pay for results for both this tester and long term work. If you’re confident and available for a long-term collaboration, please reply with "I do AGREE" written in the first line of your message. -SEO methods proposal: ABSOLUTELY NO BLACK HAT OR GREY HAT METHODS, ONLY WHITE HAT
-Sample of report including report frequency and content
-Initial cost as well as monthly maintenance fee.
-Payment method proposal in considering “Your Client will only pay for results”.
