I need 1460 back links for my website home page to be done within a year: 4 submission per day.
I will pay you 365$, 30$ per month.

* Links MUST BE permanent, active, and not expiring
* ALL backlinks must be DO FOLLOW
*ALL links must be from english websites.
At least:
* 48 links from pr 7 (4 per month)
* 192 links from pr 6 (16 per month)
* 384 links from pr 5 (32 per month)
* All other links link MUST be PR2+
PLEASE NOTE: Page Rank is for page that has the backlink - not the homepage or other page on the site
* No spam links.
* No link farms accepted.
* One link per domain will be counted.
* Link page must be search engine friendly, that is no redirects, cloaking and other practices.
* All links must be ONE WAY non-reciprocal links from relevant websites.
* Links must be static HTML links. Including the target keywords I provide in PM message.
* Links must be permanent, active, never expiring.
* Links must be in text, no graphics.
* No use of black / grey hat software. You must build links manually at 3-5 per day and spread them over at minimum of 20-35 days.
* Detailed Excel file should be provided by you with all linking posts URLs each week.
Please note: White-hat is crucial and required. Black-hat or Grey-hat methods will not be accepted nor paid for.
You will need to provide me with the following spreadsheet before payment is made: Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink), Site Name, Site Type, Google Page Rank and IP address as well as the date placed.
PAYMENT:
I will create 30$ milestone per month.
Milestones will be released ONLY after 30 days from your report, because I will recheck the links to see if they are still online. If they are not online, we will discuss about your payment, as permanent links is the first condition of this work.
So, for example, starting today I will create a 30$ milestone for you. You can start submitting the first backlinks as required and the 3/06 you will submit me the 1° report. I will release this first milestone only the 3/07, if backlinks are still online.
