One of my client needs good traffic/unique visitors to his site. He runs a article directory and the details are as follow:

Alexa- 45,000 around
Page Rank- 1
Right now we have only $50 initial money to invest for this project. if we find our site is getting good traffic we have 3 more sites and we will ask to work on those 3 including this one per month.
WE NEED ONLY MANUAL WORK, NO SOFTWARES SHOULD BE USED OR YOU WILL NOT GET PAID.
offer us what will you do and how many members u can bring per day to my site and number of people you can bring from each country.
Also note that the links you will make should be PR-3 page, not the home page PR and very few OBL. We will track visitors via google analytics.
