LaTeX Final Project Revision

I'm seeking a professional well-versed in LaTeX for final revisions on my project. It needs a few enhancements focusing mainly on document structure improvements. There are comments in red in a pdf file that should be applied to the document. Please only message if you are familiar with Image processing.

This task includes:
