Website: Optimized Reactive MMORPG Game Website

We're looking for an experienced web developer to build us a new interactive website for our MMORPG. We will supply rendered images, a link to our youtube channel if you want to include a video, etc. We want it to look good. The tech stack doesn't matter.. pick your best. Just make it look really good. We want to attract players to play the game. We reserve the right to reject the final design or ask for changes.
Requirements:
-A connection to our Invision Power CMS to pull 3-6 news articles (should be easy, it supports RSS).
-Pleasant animations or game-related animations (like fire on the call to action button for example)
-Very optimized, we want a high pagerank score
-Reactive / Mobile Friendly
-A highly visible Play Now button
-A slightly less visible "Buy Coins" button
-All the obvious navbar buttons
-Optional if space: a link to page rankings
-Vertical scrolling landing page with large call to action button, video (could be one of the new video formats), and 4 sections of information.
