Web page design with bootstrap

We have a design of the webpage done in powerpoint. I would like to have it on bootstrap. The design only includes md size and bigger screens, i can guide on skype etc for the sm and xs screen. No need for heavy jquery code. I just need html & css with bootstrap. Could you also share how many days you can finish? My schedule is tight.
Please see below to link to the design file. It is not totally completed and its not in English. However, it does not matter you can fill the text with lorem. Basically, the pdf slides include 8-10 design but has to be coded for other media queries by using bootstrap as well. I will be available or skype calls or messaging to guide you on small screen sizes.
Other than that, posting, destroying getting creating actions such as the form validations, user sign-up, login functions are not required. You can put bootstrap's input, select etc. tag as is. I have coded the backend with RoR. I will take HTML & CSS codes and implement to our P2P marketplace project. Most important part for us is that the CSS code must be clean and can be edited later on plus must work well with screen sizes. The work is not related Wordpress. Please only share bootstrap portfolios.
We have other projects in the pipeline and would like to continue with chosen person/team.
