Due to security concerns raised by our host, we would like to upgrade our website from Magento 1.8 to 1.9. We will require each and every plugin and customization to transfer across without errors.

The website has issues with menu items and other elements not reacting very well to screen size changes. We want to fix bugs and responsiveness of the website so it works great on Desktop, Android and iOS.
