Package Design for 3 similar Products + Logo + Insert Card

Hi,
We are launching 3 products and would like packaging for all three. The products are LED candles. Please see the attached images of the 3 products. Also attached is the PDF sent by the manufacturer of the product that shows the size of the box.
The design for all the 3 products should show that the products are premium and of a high quality. The design should be similar for all the 3 but obviously should show the image that represents the item inside the box.
We also need a logo for our brand. Our brand name is Luminicious. The idea is that we will produce many LED products like the LED candles.
Also we need an insert card to be placed inside the package. It will be one sided, and will contain a way for the customer to visit our website to register for warranty, etc...
I will be sending HQ photos of the products once I receive them from the photographer.
