I have an educational website that offers courses and training via short video courses. after completion a certificate is provided.
At the moment the videos are sent via DVD and the certificate printed and mailed. I am looking to automate it all online for my site.

The the website should offer courses to registered users, on the other hand, unregistered users can view a sample of the website and the courses. after registration, a quick test would appear to the user to determine passing of student and then generating a certificate.
The website should have a log in for the students, course level,and payment.
The ability to upload the video courses .

Few more requirements as needed.
