Maths Study and Testing Website for School Students

We are looking for a robust website which can be used by school students for Maths self study and testing, with personalized study plans. In short the students will be given a login and password so they have content based on their level. They should be able to see some content material and videos and work through the topics to achieve certain minimum standard. It should also have student analytics/data which can be viewed by parents. Plus an online chat option with blackboard should be available so that they can discuss any problems with an online tutor if required.
