Duplicate 50 photos to layered PSD files

I have 50 photos of handheld signs, each sign approximately 5" x 10", that I need each recreated in Photoshop or Illustrator as a layered PSD file. Please try to keep the same style font, colors, borders, drop shadows, etc. See attached for samples. Output of project should be 50 layered PSD files, one for each sign, that follows these rules:
- File format: Layered PSD files
- Colors: CMYK
- Resolution = 300 DPI
- Scale = 1:1
- Size of each sign:
- - Handheld (no stick handle) = approximately 10” wide by 5” tall
- - Signs on a stick = stick itself about 10” long, the sign itself about 5” x 5” (depending on design). Total size about 15” x 5”
- Cut Line: Add thin crop marks to make a cut line
- Bleed: 1/8” outside of artwork’s cut line
- Safe Zone: 1/8” inside of cut line
