"CrowdSourced" is a branch of PragmaDoms; The concept came from personal experience as we always struggled to find young and fresh individuals with innovative ideas to work on certain projects as well as the biggest issue of the time being and that is, not being able to find a job in the market. Thus, CrowdSourced focuses on clients who are seeking these individuals but most importantly it targets fresh graduates, students and startups. It is a platform that links together both ends and merges students from different fields to help them quick start their career. The client gets access to many ideas from different students, therefore, saving time and money, whereas the student gets the opportunity to work on real projects and add them to their portfolio. In addition, CrowdSourced will be providing support for these graduates as well as offering courses and workshops to help them expand their knowledge and enhance their skills in different fields. As a designer, I felt the lack of business, marketing and managerial skills at university. CrowdSourced brings together individuals from different fields to learn from each other and work together on a well-planned project.
