If you enjoy a monumental challenge working with the technologically challenged, one bewildered by this whole computer thing, a large chunk of "space junk" floating in cyberspace or road kill on the information super highway you have the right guy right here. I'm a 65 year old broken down land developer and home builder flailing away at getting projects into the 21st century. Since the real estate collapse I've been sitting around getting fat and watching Oprah reruns, but now I suddenly find myself with work. A LOT of work!
I need someone for the following projects in this order of importance:
1) Someone very accomplished in drawing interior and exterior renderings of houses. SketchUp is the program I've just learned about and that is where I will refer you to for the look I want. I also need this person to be able to produce color land use plans. I have examples. I never get to touch the TV remote in my house because there are too many females living here and they bully me. Therefore, I've seen EVERY episode of Flip or Flop, Property Studs, Love It Or List It and Fixer Upper. It was on one of these episodes of Fixer Upper that I came across SketchUp and, in fact, called the Real Estate arm of Fixer Upper and talked to a lady that gave me the information.
2) I have been to no less than a dozen seminars on the value of Social Media and when I raised my hand and asked the assembled mass if anyone could attribute a sale directly to their Social Media efforts all I heard was the hot air coming through the heat ducts. Your first job will be to convince me there's any merit in putting the time and money into Social Media and if you accomplish that feat then knock yourself out. I have absolutely ZERO presence there.
Presently, I have two rehab houses going with two more we are considering. I also have two new subdivisions with home plans for each that need to be developed. I need the two rehab projects ASAP in this order: Two story first, ranch plan second.
