I need a simple static web page where can receive files sent using HTTP protocol by POST and PUT method.
This project is a single static page to receive files via HTTP using POST and PUT method.
I don't need interface, because the files will be sent by a computer that collects data from some sensors and sends the files from time in time, that is, who will send the files to this site will be a computer program, not a person, so do not must interface;
After the page ready, I will need the page to be fully functional for testing purpose using the telnet command, I will need some test examples using telnet using POST and PUT method;
I will need instructions to how configure apache to run it;
It can be used any language, but preferably tha will be used PHP
Must indicate through some field (HTTP header?) which computer is sending and the script need to have the ability to create a directory with the name of the computer and save all files sent by this computer in this directory
Never a file can be replaced, the files must be have the format: [url removed, login to view] where (MM: month, DD: day, YY: year, HH: hour, MM: minutes, SS: seconds, .XXX : File extension)
