Create Facebook Tab and Pull Website content in it

We need to do a Facebook Tab like this:

However, it will be for a client website:

What you need to do is to create 1 Facebook tab and put 3 pages of content inside the tab area.
You will have access to the client's website back-end.
You will need to be able to embed/iframe/crop certain part of the website and put it in the Facebook tab, so it fit nicely in the tab area, see attached image for the concept idea.
We need to pull About, Contact us and Order Page.
The form and code in Contact Us and Order page should be the same so when people response in Facebook Page or the website it will submit to the same place.
You should also be able to create 3 different tabs instead for 3 different pages if needed. A little bit of custom design may be needed for About Us page in case client don't want to pull the About page directly.
The Tab design and flow should be something like the example page, like:
Sliding Banner Top
3 buttons with link to 3 different pages
Page content
Budget is around USD35, so you know around what price to bid.
Skill in design will be an advantage.
