Convert paths to shapes for interactieve map design (Sketch/SVG)

Hi, we are looking for a designer who can help us convert paths to solo exportable shapes within the design of an interactive map.
The map is created in Sketch and built using paths. The next step for us is to create an interactive map on a website but therefore we need to be able to export every lot/field individually. At this moment this is not possible because the fields are created with multiple paths instead of one single shape to export.
VERY IMPORTANT: There is no room to move around with the lines, the shapes need to be EXACTLY the size as they are now.
All the exports we need are numbered in the map (131 shapes in total; 7+35+89). We expect to receive one SVG file of the map with all the separate shapes inside and an updated version of our Sketch file from you (with shapes instead of paths).
