Current website is [login to view URL] I would like to recreate this site in my own personal image. With a background video and the ability to recreate the same site but with subdomains depending on the advertisement. Back end database is a direct feed from several databases. There is a client database as well for a CRM. As clients search the site, the site has several features to automate things. 1.> If a person sees a property more than 3 times, the site sends an email or text to the client asking if they would like to schedule a showing or would like more information on the property.
2.> if client starts looking at properties that have specific criteria, the site automatically creates a search for that property type 3.> If the client hasn't been on the website in a while, site sends an email or text 4.> if client returns to the site after a few weeks, the site welcomes the client back. and there are several other hot buttons as well.
There is a couple of backend dashboards. these are just some of the features.
