Build 3 pages on a Wordpress site using demo content

We are building a Wordpress site and would like ONLY 3 pages of the site to be created as part of this project.
Wordpress, theme and demo content installed. So all that is required is to amend the demo content to suit the designs we have mocked up.
The majority of the elements in the mock ups are taken from the demo content, so not much custom work will be required.
The theme being used is this "Trade":

Level 1 - Home
Level 2 - Business
Level 3 - Cloud Accounting (Xero)
