Android App for Managing Product Location

I am looking for an app that would be used to manage the locations of our inventory of products that is spread across several acres. We would like to be able select a location on a map and enter a serial number or use GPS coordinates to assign a "space" for a particular unit / product. We currently use a spreadsheet with a generic map for keeping up with the locations. This is a bit cumbersome. We would also like for it to be able to sync automatically with others that have the app open. // Attached file is NOT current. It is just an illustration.
