Revisiting my Logo

Business type: Computer store. I would like some creative specialist/digital artist to redesign my logo & update my business card. I had this logo since 2002, designed by a local company. Eventhough the appeal is great, but not versatile. I finding it harder to use on my new website, as the logo is in a badge style.
Here is what I want: A logo that can deliver trusting & caring feel, not nerdy, but friendly, not too-upmarket, not too techie, appealing to general public, easy on the eye, attract attention, scalable to billboard, signage, neon bulbs, frequents flyers, A3 posters, business cards, blend wth website, stamp of authority feel. I also want that in few different type files for various applications.
