Logo Design for a Bling Deco Company

We are looking for someone to help designing a Logo for our Company.
Our Company is doing Bling Deco (Rhinestones Decoration) for phone cases, and other accessories like mirror cases, photo frames, cups, vase, etc. We also sell loose rhinestones in our online store and offer leisure courses on bling bling.
We have the following requirements for our Logo design:
- Deliverable in Photoshop EPS format, with width at least 1000 pixel
- Color theme: Pink (Major Color), Grey or Brown (as Minor color)
- Feel of Elegance, Delicate, Shining, Bling
- Landscape Orientation
- Logo should be completed before Feb 7th.
We are start up company, we dont have much budget on this, But if we could find the good design, we may continue to offer design jobs for other marketing collaterals like Namecard, Brochures, Website, etc.
Budget, we dont consider for bids over US$40.
