Front-End Dev for Bitcoin Inscription App

I'm looking for a skilled front-end developer to work on an app centered around Bitcoin inscriptions. The application will have a front page featuring:
- 2-3 custom fields that facilitate user input via checkbox options
- Wallet connectivity functions
- A supporting database for effective data management
While users will have the option to key in their preferences via checkbox, the exact type of information to be collected still needs to be defined. Furthermore, the nature of the input data (text, numeric, date and time) is yet to be clarified.
Ideally, you'll have experience in:
- Front-end development
- Custom checkbox implementation
- Cryptocurrency or specifically Bitcoin-focused projects
