Note: This is an entry-level Quality Analyst post. We do not listen to calls but analyze full transcripts.
QAWorld Quality Analyst Team is opening our doors to potential Quality Analysts who will be reading and analyzing transcripts for key skills that have been determined by our Clients to be used to better their coaching sessions with their Sales Reps. We are looking for high performing and committed individuals with the following qualifications:
- Fabulous command of the English language, both written and spoken (American, British, Australian)
- Awesome analytical skills
- Exemplary comprehension skills
- Must be committed to working daily (Monday to Friday PH) and meet the required minimum daily targets (400 minutes of transcripts for part-time and 600 minutes of transcripts for full-time or 100 minutes of transcripts per hour equals $3.00 )
- Should have experience in Quality-related work (minimum of 6 months), preferably in sales relating to loans, collections, insurance, online education, travel, and tours however not required
- Have an active and verified PayPal account and are willing to be paid per minute depending on the length of the transcript being reviewed/analyzed
