I have attached a jpg file of a navigation bar that I would like to have built in Flash. There are six icons in this file that will be simple page links. I would like for those icons to float or move up slightly on mouse-over (no sound needed). The file needs to stay between 505 and 510 pixels wide and between 75 and 100 high. I also have the file in png with all of the icons in seperate png's and I will forward those to successful bidder. I would like the .FLA file when done. Completion date is Nov 28th.
